I recently stayed for 5 nights and was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean Deluxe Twin Room. I indulged in a relaxing massage at the wellness center and enjoyed a great selection of breakfast options each morning. The only minor hiccup was that the air conditioning could have been a bit stronger, but overall, I loved my experience! 😊

Had an amazing time with friends! We visited the Surabaya Youth Center and the Mpu Tantular Museum, which were cultural highlights. The hotel had great service and tasty breakfast options. I highly recommend checking in early if you can, and don't miss the spacious rooms!

The work chair in our room was uncomfortable, lacking wheels, which made it tough to use. That's something that could be improved.

However, the noise from the busy street disrupted our restful nights, and we encountered issues with the flushing toilet, which could definitely use improvement. Also, the air conditioning struggled to keep up during meal times, making the restaurant a bit uncomfortable.

the location of hotel santika is amazing, right near the main street crowd. the staff were really friendly, making me feel welcome. i loved the live music with a pianist and singer on saturday evening. breakfast was plentiful with various types of food to choose from.

During my stay, I loved how close the beautiful Bungkul Park and Apsari Park were, perfect for peaceful strolls and relaxing views while enjoying the local vibe. plus, the staff were friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

The breakfast spread was a real treat, especially the fried noodles that were fried to perfection! Plus, the location is super convenient—just a hop away from Tunjungan Plaza for all your shopping cravings. The staff's friendliness was the cherry on top for our family!

Now, on to the not-so-great bits, the noise from the busy street was a bummer, making it hard to catch some Z's. The WC was a bit moody, refusing to flush properly, and the air conditioning took a vacation during breakfast—yikes!
